A Trusted Neighbour provides a much-needed service to homeowners who wish to have someone professional, discreet and trustworthy check on their home while they are out of town. Given that most insurance policies require that a home be checked at least every two to three days, we help homeowners to be in compliance with their policies and give them peace of mind.
We have a select number of clients in established neighbourhoods throughout Whitby and Oshawa and we do not outsource to external ‘house sitters’ so you can be assured that we are the only people who will enter your home. We are very proud of the trusting relationships we have built with our clientele.
